Danielle Robinson of Try Financial was recommended to me by the estate agent I was using when trying to sell my home. I had lived there for 27 years and had never sold a house before, and had totally forgotten most of the house buying process, although I remembered well how stressful it had been for me the first time. She was very helpful from the outset, doing way more than just recommending mortgage and insurance products. When I was struggling to sell she suggested remortgaging and turning my old home into a rental property which I did. This obviously made things a bit more complicated but she helped me every step of the way, gently reminding me how and when to get certain things done, and was never pushy about it. When the sellers solicitors were taking their time she chased the estate agents up to push things along too. She made the whole process so much easier than my first time buying a house, and although not entirely stress free and without delay, everything I had to do was done on time with relative ease. i went to a few brokers but the failed me and Try Financial Ltd managed to get me the maximum money so i could buy a house they take away 95% of the stress out of it all. for me buying a house by myself has been a challenge but i'm moving into my house this month July and am very happy. they are extremely clear on their terms and conditions and are very responsive to emails and phone calls when i remortgage in 5 years i'll go back to them for another amazing deal to be had. i had advice to lock in low interest rates and i'm mega happy i did go down that route seeing that inflation is crazy at the moment. i'd say just have extra money set a side for a building surveyor and life and building insurance i'd say £1500 for solicitor and £500 for other bits form my experience. also if you see a house for 260,000 or £230,000 what ever it's asking price is you'll end up paying more than that as on average by my personal experience they go for £15000 to £25,000 over asking price but try financial where amazing they got me the best mortgage possible so thank you Try financial.

I cannot recommend Try Financial enough! Aaron was absolutely fantastic when helping us get our mortgage from start to finish he has been so helpful, really professional and has honestly gone above and beyond to get our mortgage application accepted. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage on my own and as I am currently in an apprentice role. However, my mortgage advisor, Aaron, managed to find me a reputable lender quickly and was helpful throughout! Sadly due to another buyer beating my offer i was unable to complete on my purchase this time but I'm confident in knowing that when I find another home I can contact Aaron and he will do his up most to secure me another mortgage and see this journey through to the end! When we decided to buy a new home we where very unsure of the process of paying off our existing mortgage and applying for our new mortgage. After having the initial meeting with Ross Skeels he explained the whole process and began work on finding us a new mortgage. Being a first time buyer it was quite a daunting experience looking for a mortgage. Thankfully I was recommended Try Financial by a friend and I gave them a call. Initial advice was given on my personal finances to ensure I was in the best position before applying for the mortgage then the application was submitted. Aaron completed all the paperwork ensuring that it was filled in correctly so that there was no discrepancies and that the mortgage provider had every bit of information required to process my application smoothly. This made a huge difference of £50000 in my Agreement in Principle between when I did an application myself and letting someone who knows what they are doing complete it. My application to offer time was less than a week and there were no queries made by the mortgage provider. I think this was down to the attention to detail in the application. The Try Financial team were always there to take my calls, answering any questions in plain English so it was easy to understand what was going on. They even sorted out life insurance plus buildings and contents insurance for me taking another little bit of stress out if the whole buying process. I can't recommend the team at Try Financial enough and recommended them to a friend myself who was also approved for a first-time mortgage as well.
